New York Mets
As the ballpark went under construction, the Mets wanted to push taking public transit.
So one game day in May, we challenged Mets fans to find former coach Bobby Valentine on public transit—in his famous 1999 disguise.

For context: After getting ejected from a Mets game in 1999, Bobby reappeared in the dugout wearing a fake mustache and sunglasses. Fans love him for this.
On Bobby’s travel day, we unleashed the real Bobby V + dozens of decoys, aka Bobby Doubles across public transit in the city.
The Mets promoted the bit across Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube, and gave lucky fans who ID’d the real Bobby an autographed item from him.
Bobby—and Mr. Met—kept the bit up through the game.
